With its somewhat provocative and ironic title, la Creation Mondiale (World Creation) is a broad and multiform project that questions improvisation and written sound. Its ultimate aim is to formalize the informal. A special drone/noise/electroacoustique music duo is headed to New England! This time La Creation Mondiale will consist of electronic devices and a keyless organ where microphones become instruments.
Dei Xhrist is a vocalist with a vast repertoire of notes but only chooses to use a half dozen or so at a time, creating limited operatic arias on a bed of noise and feedback.
